All fees and policies are communicated clearly before any financial commitment is made. We believe in transparency and will never surprise you with terms after the fact.

Membership Cancellation

Active membership in The Sacred Kings requires a 6-month minimum commitment. This commitment exists because transformational work requires consistency — the brotherhood is built on men who show up.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle following the 6-month minimum
• No refunds are issued for the current billing period
• Early cancellation within the 6-month commitment window is not available except in documented extenuating circumstances reviewed by leadership

Coaching Programs

All coaching program fees (MVP Program, The Sovereign Man, Sex Intimacy & Love Coaching) are non-refundable once the program has commenced. This reflects the time, preparation, and commitment of your facilitator.

• A written proposal outlining all terms is provided before any payment is made
• Cancellation or rescheduling of individual sessions must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance in writing
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be charged the full session fee

Monthly Open Event ($27)

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable
• If you cannot attend after purchasing, you may request a credit toward a future event by contacting us in writing before the event start time
• No credit is issued for no-shows without prior notice
• If The Sacred Kings cancels or reschedules the event for any reason, all ticket holders receive a Double Ticket Guarantee — credit for two tickets to any future event of equal or lesser value

Extenuating Circumstances

We are human beings working with human beings. If a genuine emergency, medical issue, or significant life event makes fulfilling a commitment impossible, contact us directly. We will always seek a fair resolution in good faith.

Pricing Changes

Existing members and clients will be notified in advance of any price increases. We do not apply new pricing retroactively to active agreements.
