The Sacred Kings is an online transformational men's brotherhood. We are a facilitated weekly community for men doing real inner work — not a course, a podcast, or a coaching platform. We meet live every Tuesday via Zoom, we go deep, and we hold each other accountable. We have been running since 2018 and formally as The Sacred Kings since we registered the name and business.

Men who are done performing strength and ready to actually develop it. Men who carry the weight of their lives — relationships, career, fatherhood, purpose — and are ready to stop carrying it alone. Men who have done some work already — therapy, reading, maybe a men's group or two — and still feel like something essential is missing. We are not a starting point for men who have never reflected. We are the next level for men who have.

This community launched in 2018 under a different name. After research and deliberate process we renamed to The Sacred Kings, registered the business, and have been operating under this name since. The Sovereign Man 1:1 program, the weekly brotherhood, and the Integrity Certification have all been developed and refined over that time.

Active members meet every Tuesday — 90 minutes live on Zoom. Sessions are recorded and accessible to all active members so you never lose access if you can't attend. There is also a private WhatsApp channel for daily connection between sessions.

Every month follows the Sacred Kings Arc™ — a four-step cycle:

Week 1 — Claim the Fire: Set your intention and name your edge for the month.
Week 2 — Face the Shadows: A deep journeying experience to surface limiting patterns.
Week 3 — Walk the Edge: Activate new capacities as limitation falls away.
Week 4 — Crown the King: Integration and embodiment. The breakthrough becomes the new baseline.

Three themes rotate monthly: Sacred Intimacy (relationships, sex, connection), Sacred Livelihood (purpose, career, business), and Sacred Kingdom (fatherhood, family, legacy).

Shiva J leads all Sacred Kings sessions. He has been doing men's initiatory and transformational work since 2003. His background draws from Jungian archetypal psychology, somatic breathwork, shadow work, tantra, and ceremonial facilitation.

The Name

We understand the question and take it seriously. The Sacred Kings was chosen as our name through deliberate research and intentional process — years before the 2025 No Kings protests made it culturally charged. The King in our work is not a political figure. It is an archetypal one: the mature, accountable, service-oriented leader who holds power for others rather than over them. The shadow of the King is the Tyrant — and the answer to the Tyrant is not No King. It is the Mature King, The Sovereign King, The Sacred King. The full answer is on our About page.

No. The Sacred Kings has no political or religious affiliation whatsoever. We are a men's personal development community focused on inner transformation, accountability, and brotherhood. Men across the full political spectrum have been part of this work.

Sacred, as we use it, points to the understanding that how we hold power matters as much as how we use it. Not performance, not ceremony for its own sake — but the recognition that leadership carried with accountability and devotion to something beyond the self is fundamentally different from leadership driven by ego or self-interest. Sacred Kingship, in our work, means stewardship. Not status.

Membership

Membership is not open enrollment — it is by application. We review every application personally. The men who get the most from this work are the ones who have already been showing up — in our free Facebook Group, at the Monthly Open Event, engaging with our content. That presence is how we come to know whether you're ready. When you feel ready, apply here.

Membership is a monthly investment with a six-month minimum commitment — locking your rate permanently as long as you remain active. Pricing is shared during your application conversation. There are no hidden fees.

All sessions are recorded and available in the private Skool community. You won't lose access to content if life gets in the way. Consistent attendance is encouraged — the depth of the work compounds over time — but you are not penalized for an occasional absence.

We intentionally don't list the specific time on our public site — we don't want timezone concerns to prevent a man from applying before he's had a conversation with us. We work with members across multiple timezones. When you apply, we'll discuss scheduling. Additional time slots may be added as the community grows.

Yes. Our Monthly Open Event is a fully live 2-hour session — the same format and depth as our weekly brotherhood — for a small investment of $27. If you attend the Open Event and decide to join active membership, come and feel the work for yourself.

The minimum commitment is six months. After that, you can cancel at any time in accordance with our cancellation policy. We do ask that men honour their commitment — the work requires consistency, and so does the brotherhood.

Programs

Membership is the ongoing weekly group brotherhood — the Sacred Kings Arc, the community, the weekly calls. It is an ongoing container that deepens the longer you're in it. The Sovereign Man is a completely separate private 1:1 coaching experience — an intensive deep dive through the archetypal framework we use in the community: the Warrior, Lover, Magician, and King. Where the group work builds over time, the 1:1 work is a focused ceremonial initiation with Shiva J. Many men do both — they are complementary, not competing.

No. You can apply for any coaching program directly. For men who are not already members, Sacred Kings community membership is included as part of the investment in any coaching program — so you enter the brotherhood at the same time. We do encourage showing up in our free spaces first so we can get to know you before the application.

MVP stands for Mission, Vision and Purpose. It is our flagship 9-week 1:1 private coaching container for men who feel the pull — who know there is something more they are meant to be doing but haven't been able to name it, commit to it, or build toward it consistently. Application only.

A private high-touch coaching container for men who want to transform how they show up in their most intimate relationships. It is not pickup artistry or seduction training. It is depth work — healing the places where men most often cause harm or shut down, not from malice but from unconsciousness. Available to active members and direct applicants by application.

A private 1:1 archetypal initiation with Shiva J — through the Warrior, Lover, Magician, and King. Each phase has three sessions: a Signature session (you name and cross a threshold), a Shadow Work session (you meet what has been running you), and an Embodiment Breathwork session (the shift lands in your nervous system). The program closes with a Coronation Ceremony. Application only. The man who completes this initiation is not the man who enrolled — that is the only measure that matters.

The Integrity Certification

The Sacred Kings Integrity Certification is a structured accountability framework for men doing transformational work in the world — coaches, facilitators, men's work leaders, sacred sexuality practitioners. It includes a signed Code of Conduct, oversight by an independent accountability body, a formal review process for complaints, an Integrity Vow, a Public Accountability Statement, quarterly Integrity Circles, and annual renewal. It is not a professional license. It is a living commitment.

The Integrity Certification is currently by invitation only — extended to active members of the Sacred Kings community who demonstrate consistent alignment with our values and who serve as role models in transformational work. It is not open enrollment. The path in begins with the free community and active membership.

No. The Integrity Certification represents completion of accountability training and voluntary commitment to The Sacred Kings Code of Conduct. It is not a professional license, therapeutic credential, or qualification for clinical practice. Its value is that it publicly demonstrates a man has chosen to operate inside a framework of standards, oversight, and real consequences — in an industry where that is still rare.

The Sacred Kings Integrity Council — independent members with backgrounds in restorative justice, women's work, and peer accountability, plus legal counsel. They have full decision-making authority, including complete independence on complaints involving the founder. All governance documents are publicly available on our website.

Practical Questions

A reliable internet connection, a device with a camera and microphone, and Zoom (free to download). A laptop or desktop is preferred over mobile — especially for breathwork sessions where you may want to lie down. A private space where you won't be interrupted for 90 minutes is essential. We also use WhatsApp for daily community connection and Skool for the private members community.

The Sacred Kings is best suited to men who have already done some degree of inner work — therapy, personal development, a men's group, or serious life experience that has brought genuine self-reflection. We are not a starting point for men entirely new to looking inward. Yes. We work with men across multiple timezones and countries. When you apply, we'll discuss the scheduling practicalities. The community is global and the work is universal.
