By engaging with The Sacred Kings in any capacity — applying for membership, attending an event, subscribing to communications, or submitting a contact form — you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

The Sacred Kings offers brotherhood membership, group facilitation, live events, coaching programs, and educational programming in the areas of personal transformation, accountability, conscious leadership, and men's work. Services are offered in both one-on-one and group formats, online and in person.

Not Therapy or Medical Treatment

All services provided by The Sacred Kings — including coaching, facilitation, and somatic practices — are not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or any form of licensed mental health or medical treatment. They are not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical advice.

If you are currently working with a licensed mental health professional, we encourage you to maintain transparency with them about your work with us.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

The nature of personal growth and transformational facilitation involves inherently subjective outcomes. The Sacred Kings makes no guarantees about specific results. Individual outcomes depend on personal commitment, readiness, and circumstances outside our control.

2. Membership & Agreements

Prior to beginning any membership or coaching engagement, you will receive written information outlining the scope, investment, and terms. No payment is required until you have reviewed and agreed to those terms.

By engaging with our services, you confirm that you:

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Are entering this relationship voluntarily and with full informed consent
• Understand the nature and scope of the services being offered
• Have read and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Personal Accountability & Ethics Statement

3. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

Membership

Membership fees are outlined at the time of application. Active membership requires a 6-month minimum commitment. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.

Events & Open Sessions

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. If you cannot attend after purchasing, you may request a credit toward a future event by contacting us in writing before the event start time. Credits are not issued for no-shows without prior notice.

If The Sacred Kings cancels or reschedules an event for any reason, all ticket holders will receive a Double Ticket Guarantee — credit for two tickets to any future event of equal or lesser value.

Coaching Programs

All coaching program fees are non-refundable once the program has commenced. Payment terms are disclosed in writing before any commitment is made.

4. Dispute Resolution & Mediation

We are committed to resolution through relationship and accountability rather than adversarial proceedings.

Step 1 — Direct Communication

Contact us directly at [email protected]. A response will be provided within 5 business days.

Step 2 — Accountability Pod Mediation

If direct communication does not resolve the concern, either party may request mediation through the Personal Accountability Pod. This process is available at no cost to either party.

Step 3 — Independent Mediation

If Pod mediation does not produce resolution, both parties may agree to engage a neutral, independent mediator. The cost shall be divided equally (50/50) between parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Sacred Kings and The Heart Centered Being LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

You participate in all services, events, and programs voluntarily and at your own risk. You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing before, during, and after any engagement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content created and shared by The Sacred Kings — including program materials, written content, workshop recordings, and website content — is the intellectual property of J.J. Brawley and The Heart Centered Being LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any materials without explicit written permission.

7. Confidentiality

What is shared in individual sessions is held in confidence. Group containers operate under a community confidentiality agreement: what is shared in the group stays in the group. Participants are expected to honor this agreement.

Confidentiality has limits. See the Personal Accountability & Ethics Statement for full details on mandatory reporting obligations.

8. SMS Messaging

By opting into The Sacred Kings SMS messaging program, you agree to receive text messages regarding event updates, program information, and service-related communications. You can cancel at any time by texting "STOP." Message and data rates may apply.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
